Check list

1 week prior to session

  • Make sure you are drinking enough water! Way more than you think you should!

  • Start lightly stretching! Boudoir is a workout!

  • Avoid heavy bloating foods!

  • Please Avoid alcohol! Specially 24 hours prior to your shoot!

  • Do your movement! Get comfortable with your body. Start looking at yourself more and knowing your own reflection.

The Night Before:

  • Avoid Alcohol

  • Wash your hair tonight or in the morning is fine too! Must be dry when you show up!

  • Gently Exfoliate face & body- super important!

  • Moisturize entire body

  • Shave & Pluck what you need

  • Lightly Stretch your entire body

  • Drink lots of water

  • Don't eat out. You don't want to accidentally eat any bad food!

  • Get some good sleep!

  • Cut the tags off everything!

  • Make sure you have everything you need for your shoot! (packing list below)

  • Take some deep breathes. Boudoir is HUGE. But, it is so much fun! It is okay to be nervous, but you have to remember why you are doing this. Go look in the mirror, take some more deep breathes & tell yourself you are sexy & confident.

Packing List

  • Any favorite makeup or hair products you want to have for your session. Examples being- foundation, mascara, lip color etc. This is optional! I have everything for you! But I know we all have some must have things!

  • All your outfits! Even if you are unsure about them!

  • Heels if you want to bring them.

  • Black or nude, very thin thong. This is worn under all items from Client Closet.

  • Water.

  • Light Snack.

  • Something CUTE AF to wear after because you're going to feel like a bad bitch, I promise!!!

Day Of Shoot

  • Avoid Alcohol

  • Eat something light, healthy and filling.

  • Bring water!

  • Don't forget your bag of stuff!

  • Shower & moisturize your entire body!

  • Brush/Comb your hair. Make sure it is product free AND dry.

  • Come in loose, baggy, comfy clothes. This is to prevent any marks from clothing that may interfere with photos.

  • Take deep breathes are remember you are sexy & confident!

Make sure you use your gps & give yourself enough travel time!

Please be sure you arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.
